Hello and welcome!
It's good to see you here! This is the 'Single Point of Access' (SPoA) page to help young people in West Sussex gain access to the best possible mental health support.
The services who currently form SPoA are The Youth Emotional Support (YES) Service, Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust Child and Adolescent Mental Health services (SPFT CAMHs), and YMCA Dialogue.
Who can be referred to SPoA?
Children and young people who:
- Are aged 4-17 (referrals can be made up to their 18th birthday)
- Live and/or have a GP in West Sussex
- Are struggling with emotional wellbeing and mental health
